Our Story
Justice Jobs was founded in August 2018 in Frederick, Maryland to support individuals impacted by the criminal justice system in overcoming barriers to employment. What began as a local effort has grown to serve job seekers across the state.
We focus on connecting individuals to entry-level opportunities that provide a strong foundation for long-term success. But our support doesn’t stop at placement. Through ongoing guidance, workshops, and morale-boosting events, we help participants stay employed, build confidence, and continue moving forward.
Our goal is simple: to help every individual achieve stability and grow into a livable wage within 2–3 years, with many reaching that milestone even sooner.
